Esteemed Colleagues,

On behalf of the Asian Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (AFPS), I am honored and delighted to invite you to the AFPS Conference 2023 on November 8-10, 2023 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

It is an exciting time for AFPS as we continue to grow and promote the cooperation between national, regional and Asian societies or associations for the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences, especially with the rise of 4.0 Industrial Revolution.

This conference is organized with the Theme: Collaboration for Breakthroughs in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

In this event, there will be international professionals and presenters in the field of pharmacy, pharmaceutical and biological sciences with plenary talks and invited speakers, scientific sessions, poster presentations.

We will take great pleasure to bring inspiring people such as scientists, researchers, policy makers, educators and entrepreneurs to participate and witness in highly professional scientific sessions and discussions.

I do appreciate your participation and hope you can bring your expertise to our gathering.

Third Announcement: Guidelines for speakers

On behalf of the Asian Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences, it is our great pleasure to thank you for agreeing to give a talk at the AFPS Conference 2023, which will be held in Foreign Relations Hotel, 33C Pham Ngu Lao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam, from 8th to 10th November 2023. We would like to ask you to refer to the following guidelines regarding your presentation.

Plenary talk: 30 min presentation

Invited talk: 20 min presentation

For the other oral presentations, the time duration would be informed directly to the authors. 

Prior to the Conference, we kindly request you to

1.  Verify the date and timeline of the session in the conference tentative program (available at https://afps2023.hup.edu.vn/overview)

2.  Create your oral presentation file in English using Microsoft PowerPoint format, with a 16:9 aspect ratio. For poster presentation, kindly refer to the provided template on the website.

3.  Email your presentation file, from 10 October 2023 to 25 October 2023, to conferenceafps2023@gmail.com and conferenceafps2023@hup.edu.vn. Please name the file as “lastname_firstname-code number” to ensure proper identification.

We kindly request that you arrive at the designated conference room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your talk.

We are also very pleased to inform you that the deadline for poster abstract submission has been extended until September 30th, 2023 due to a high number of requests.

Please submit your abstracts through the submission system at https://afps2023.hup.edu.vn/abstract-submission.
