TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Standard Exhibition Booth

- Standard booth sizes will be announced on September 30, 2023

- Standard booth includes 3 white hi-flex canvas walls, 1 banner with sponsor's name and logo printed on it, floor mats, 1 table, 2 chairs, electric socket, light bulb. The cost of decorating and setting up a booth is covered by the Sponsor.

- Sponsors can choose not to use standard booths provided by the Organizing Committee, and set up their own booth on an empty space. Standard booth charges will not be deducted if not used.

2. Time for setting up - dismantling booths

- The Organizing committee will announce the time of booth construction at the latest on October 30, 2023. For Sponsors self-designing and setting up booths, the Organizing committee will hand over an empty space as soon as the hotel hands over the premises. For Sponsors using a Booth provided by the Organizing committee, the handover of a booth will be done immediately after setting up.

- The sponsor must complete the dismantlement and cleanup of all equipment before 15:00 on November 10, 2023 to return the ground to the venue.
